Noriaz Instruments has manufactured surgical, dental and orthopedic instruments from Sialkot, Pakistan since 2009. Production is organized around a simple principle: consistency matters more than any single showpiece instrument, because hospitals and distributors are buying a batch, not a sample.
Every run is built to ISO 13485 with material traceability back to the mill, and finished by hand at the stages where machines alone can't judge feel, edge, and tension. That combination lets us supply private-label partners and hospital distributors across 40+ countries from one facility.

Sialkot is the historical center of surgical instrument manufacturing, and our facility is built around that trade: forging bays, CNC cells, hand-finishing benches and an inspection room laid out in the same sequence the instruments travel.

Material Selection
Certified stainless bar stock, 410/420 martensitic or 316L austenitic, is inspected on arrival and matched to the instrument's required flex and hardness.
Raw MaterialDrop Forging
Blanks are hot-forged under controlled pressure to set grain structure, giving each instrument its base strength and durability before machining begins.
FormingCNC Milling
Jaws, box-locks and serrations are precision-cut on CNC equipment, with dimensions checked against master gauges as each batch runs.
CNC MachiningHeat Treatment
Hardening and tempering bring each instrument to its specified Rockwell hardness range for the intended surgical use.
Heat TreatmentHand Finishing
Skilled finishers hone edges, align jaws and polish to a satin or mirror finish by hand, the step most low-cost suppliers skip.
